01

Symbol

The Symbol is always used exactly as supplied. Never redraw it, recolor it or rebuild it from parts.

Versions

Seven versions in three families, from most color to least. The background decides which one to use: pick the family the placement can carry, then the version made for that background.

Full Color

The complete Symbol. Two versions: on dark surfaces it carries a cream outline so it separates from the background.

Full Color, on lightThe primary version. On white, light neutral and brand orange backgrounds.
Full Color, on darkOn black, dark neutral, photographic and saturated backgrounds.

Two-tone

Black and white. One version. It works on any background that is not light, and it is the safest choice when you do not control the background.

Two-toneOn photography, textures, gradients and saturated backgrounds.

Mono

One color only. Each version is drawn for its side of the contrast: dark colors as lines on light backgrounds, light colors as solid shapes on dark backgrounds.

Mono WhiteOn black, dark neutral, brand orange and saturated backgrounds.
Mono Orange, on lightOn light backgrounds.
Mono Orange, on darkOn black and dark neutral backgrounds.

The one rule

The Symbol only reads as a TV when it keeps its volume: the screen is solid and the shadow under it is darker than the TV.

Break that and you get an X-ray: a TV you can see through, with a face floating on the background. It happens whenever a light color is used as lines on a darker background. If you can see the background through the screen, you are looking at the mistake.

X-rayWhite lines on gray. You can see through the screen.
FixedMono White. Solid screen, dark shadow.
X-rayOrange lines on black.

Backgrounds

Every approved combination. If a background is not here, use Two-tone.

Flat non-brand colors

A partner's blue. Never Mono Black on a saturated color: not enough contrast.

Photography, textures, gradients

Only these two. Mono versions lose contrast against an image.

Incorrect use

Each mistake paired with the version that fixes it on the same background.

Recolored in the background color. Not enough contrast.

  • Never remove or lighten the shadow under the TV.
  • Never use a Mono version over photography, textures or gradients.

02

Wordmark

The Bankr name, drawn as a vector. Always uppercase. Always the supplied file: never set it in type, even in the same typeface.

Wordmark BlackOn light and brand orange backgrounds.
Wordmark WhiteOn black, dark neutral and saturated backgrounds.
Wordmark OrangeOn light and black backgrounds. One version: a solid shape has no light or dark side.

Four gradients, always between a brand color and black or white. Never orange to purple, never a third color.
